Machine using a 1/4" hem all around. Now press your binding , donīt press the bag.

Turn your binding over and hand stitch all the way around, your mitre corners need to be pushed into place and stitched down too

Fold your bag like this. With your lining upper most. Bring your first corner upwards and the two side panels to meet in the middle like the photograph.
Hand stitch in place and turn inside out
