Yes, I smiled to when I read this... then read it out loud to my husband... My DMIL name was Ruth too... I inherited her Singer, and am blessed to have it... named it Ruth too.... And I have a picture of her... right above my side on the wall....think of here every time I sit down to sew... ;)
