Looks good -- I would not worry about something that tiny. I have a 5' rule -- if you can't see it at 5', then do't rip since you can do create more distortion when you take it apart.

Sewing in rows then attaching the rows is a great way to assemble a quilt. I have also made large blocks, but the rows are easier to handle for me.
