There are tutorials on the board for doing this exact project. Take the time to read them before you do any more cutting. If you get those t-shirts stabilized, making the quilt will be Sooo much easier. If you find yourself with different size squares, just add wider borders to some, then rearrange them until you are happy, then sew your heart out! Good luck, and hugs for your new project.
