I have...but as long as it isn't long lasting, I don't really worry too much about it...usually after a few days, something/someone will help and I won't feel so blue anymore. It can be easy to feel sorry for ourselves sometimes...but it can feel empowering to find ways to get through the tough times...and usually our experiences of getting through will help the next time. Life can be overwhelming sometimes...and we may think there is no reason at all...but it usually is something. Try to be really gentle with yourself, take naps, have a special treat, buy something frivilous, go for a walk, play with a child...something will help the blues go away.
