Interesting to read about these Pfaffs. I did not know the company had been sold. That explains a lot. I have a 7550 and have not been able to find a quality dealer less than 3 hours away. The main Pfaff office does not return emails or phone calls nor does the website offer any information about this model machine. And, it cost a bundle and wasn't all that long ago. I have always loved Pfaffs because they were made in Germany, of metal parts and held up so very long. But, what good is a 25 year warranty if you can't find someone to do the work?
We are working through my problems now and hoping to make a trip to the far away dealer on Wednesday. Good luck with yours and let us know how it all comes out!
