Have you heard of a nettie pot? I read about it in the paper and went and bought one at the pharmacy. My husband has bad allergies and asthma and uses it frequently. You use a solution using salt and water and pour it through your nostrils twice daily. Wonder of wonders, it really works and it does not hurt. Try it.
