I have it and have had it for years. I find the best thing to do is just get busy doing something or call someone and chat for awhile. My husband does not understand this "foolishness". Of course, he is still working (refuses to retire) and is always talking to someone so I guess that keeps his mind busy. Often I just have to make myself get up out of that chair and do something. I keep thinking "this too shall pass" and sometimes it does. Hang in there.
