I have made one using the Cotton Theory and I have made some using Georgia Bonesteel's method of lap quilting, but that was mostly handwork.
I have Sharon Pederson's book, but I haven't actually tried her method yet. I am using her alternate method with larger strips. This is my first time. I have quilted three 12" blocks and joined the first row. I am using a small zigzag close to the edges on the sashing. I cut my sashing 3" wide, so I have about 2" with no quilting in it. I am not sure if I will put anymore quilting on the sashing. Probably not. This is a block of the month that would work well with sashing. I will post when I get enough to show.
