I have a book called Quilt Block Leftovers, and it could give you lots of ideas for your batting, and any extra blocks you have laying around! Look for it on Amazon or at Crafters Choice if you are interested.
Some things you can make with leftover batting are: mini quilts/postcard quilts, pot holders, table runners, toaster or mixer quilted cover, ornaments.
