My Mother came over in 1906, she was 2 years old. Thay came from the Black Sea area in Russia. I do not know when thay migrated from Germany to Russia. My Dad was born in north central South Dakota. He was also a german fron Russia. I have forgotten what little german I could understand. My mothers sister never did learn english. There dog,on the farm couldn't understand english either.
