So if you are looking at the machine straight on the wheels are just to the right of the center. they roll from left to right. The top dial is the needle position dial & the bottom is the stitch width dial. according to the instruction manual the Needle position dial should be in the straight stitch setting indicated by a black triangle symbol with a "c" in the middle, stitch width dial setting on the black triangle with a "o" in the middle. I don't know what else to do but take the machine into a shop for help. Thanks for your help & time. Winona
Not those. The wheels on the end of the machine. They are nested together. One moves the needle up and down and the other one will loosen that wheel so it disengages and the needle will not got up and down.
