Remember my stallion, Jazz was gelded in March. Well--this weekend started his life with pasturemates!!

Here's how it's going:
Rosie is exerting her new found "I am the QUEEN!" moves: "No, I want that hay! No, I want to stand there!" Jazz is consistently saying "I have a LOT of patience for your antics, Rosie, but don't push it too far." While Whisper is the mediator: "Guys! Can't we all get along? Rosie, look, Jazz loves to groom with me. And he's so cute. So relax and settle down."

Truce--for a minute.

When chatting with Whisper, Jass will softly drop, and not have a clue what he's supposed to do with it. Thank goodness.

Despite Rosie's tough girl behavior--he seems very content to have pasturemates. He never takes the option to leave them.
