I have a Singer 347 purchased a couple of years ago at a garage sale because of the pretty aqua color. I gather from reading here that they aren't held in very high esteem. I never got this one to sew, not that I tried very hard. The needle moves & it seems fine till I put actual fabric under the presser foot! Then nothing. I'm not completely sure I have it threaded correctly even.
So, I am packing up to move. The movers will be here tomorrow. Should I keep this machine & try to get it going or drop it off at Goodwill? Thanks! I value the opinions on this board!
