i just had a lovely surprize! my husband walked in with a large bag of yarn and fabric. one of our friends who quilts was evidently given these things and so she took what she wanted and shared the rest. my sainted sister knits prayer shawls and baby blankets. when she comes next to visit i will have a lovely treat for her! and now i have a lovely treat for me! i have started a baby quilt with some precuts from wm. decided i wanted sashing but wasn't thrilled with anything from my stash, it's still limited. but i found the perfect fabric in the bag.
