As I am working on my Jewel Box quilt for me (finally!) I started to wonder how many people do all the cutting, then all the pressing, (I really am a qilter - I called it pressing instead of ironing!) then sew the same pieces at one time vs. an entire block at a time.

I didn't do all my cutting - but I did a lot. Now I am doing all the chain piecing.

What is your process?

Funny story about the Fushi-gator in the background. My mom's dog is Fushi - we call him Uncle Fushi becuase we treat our dogs like people! So - Uncle Fushi gave us the Gator - so we named it Fushi-Gator!
