Hey Bev, hope you feel better. I did this last football season. Irritated that joint between hip & tail bone & thought I was gonna die. Couldn't sit. stand or lay. Told doc to shoot me. give pills, shots, or dance around at the cemetery at midnight twisting the heads off chickens I had to have some relief. Gave me an anti inflammatory shot & it really helped. Husband thought I was just carrying on till almost the same happen to him. Ha! So hope your better soon.
