That's great that you have an offer, but be prepared that it will probably not be what you're expecting. We had our house on the market, cleaned of clutter, staged, etc., not overpriced but still wasn't able to sell it. We ended up doing a trade without someone in the area we wanted to move to. The house is nothing compared to our house, but it's livable and in 2-4 years we'll either build a home or put a modular home, but we do now have 80 acres instead of 4 1/2, which was worth it to us.
