with a Memory Craft 11000SE? A friend gave me her Customizer 10000 and I am teaching myself how to use it. I made a little label on Easy Edit, but am unable to send it to my sewing machine. I have the laptop connected to the sewing machine with the USB that comes with the sewing machine. Every time I click on send it gives me an error message. Aaarrrg! Help!
