Ok everyone... here it is. I purchased a small selection of felts from the craft department at my local Walmart and this is the first of the projects I want to do.
I did start with a tear away stabilizer, 1 layer, and it tore.. ok.. second try I used a cut away stabilizer and this is what I have.. wonderful!
oh by the way... no top stabilizer...
