I am gluten free, and have lots of problems with things like this! Some of the products are really wierd!
Now all pies are like apple crisps, with butter, oatmeal, brown sugar in equal amounts for the topping, and corn starch and a bit of sugar if you want it, mixed with the juice for thickening.
