This sounds like a strange recipe, but it really works!
PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES
Mix 1 cup of peanut butter with at least a half cup of sugar, up to a whole cup. Add an egg and mix well.
Drop teaspoons of the batter on a cookie sheet and bake at 350* for about 20 min, until they are done!
Amazingly they look and taste like regular cookies!
