You may have an "original" CD, but if it is not factory sealed, the previous owner could have already downloaded the program to his or her computer. That would be the basics of what I would ask in writing via e-mail. Also, I ALWAYS pay with Paypal. It is very easy to get your $$ back if you have problems. We have had to do this twice.
