We love collards. I cook some fat back, add the cleaned and cut up greens and about a tablespoon of brown sugar. Cover with boiling water and cook till tender.
We like them with beans or blackeyed peas , sliced tomato and cornbread......yum!! :thumbup: :D :thumbup:
