I too have neuropathy and have had for thirteen years, in my feet. The pain has just been excruating. However, in this past month, I have found a new neurogolist and he has put me on Gabapentin (sp) and I am even afraid to say my pain level has improved greatly. I still have to have more testing done but I finally feel there is hope. I had been on that horrible Vicadin for pain and besides being addicting I got very, very little relief.
