Color two- Cut 2 blocks 14 1/4"
Corner color- cut 4 blocks 14 1/4"

Take one each of the 14 1/4" block colors and match up to picture. Mark a diagonal line down. Sew 1/4" on either side. Trim on the diagonal. You now have 2 hst. Press. Trim to 12 1/2" square.

You will need:

4 corner color/color 1 combinations
4 corner color/color 2 combinations
4 color 1/color 2 combinations
4 corner color

Quilt also appears to have a 4" border on top and bottom. This will make the finished size- 48" x 56". A very nice size baby quilt.

If I have the time to whip one together, I would do it, but it's off to a family reunion this morning. I made some notes on this for myself- I need a fast baby quilt and this fits the bill!!! Thanks for posting the pic!

(Somebody check my math- it's early to turn on the brain.)
Thanks, your math looks good to me. I'm going to cut the squares that you make the triangles 15 or 15.25". I always have to trim my HSTs and sewing one this big might give me extra problems. Need more wiggle room
