Give yourself a break! You said that your Mom was recently deceased so you are likely still grieving and dealing with her stuff will make things worse. If you feel like sewing, sew. If you want a nap, take it. All the other suggestions are really helpful to jump-start yourself but they may not work, so forgive yourself. Time does not heal but we learn how to move on at our own pace. Love and best wishes.
