The unplanned deviations from the pattern do not jar so much with me. It is all 'pixellated', and some areas more so than others. It is also reminiscent of a view of a garden through a raindrop-wet window.
I'd call it 'Sunshine follows rain' and take it as an omen that your life is about to get easier once your surgery is out of the way.
