So far, the best quilting machine is the Ken Quilter, American made out of sliding door frames so parts are easy to get if it does need fixing.Mechanical or computerized: I perfer the Manual(less problems and expense). As for as sewing machines, I like the Juki,American made) it is an industrial machine and has 3 speeds, needle down and 200 build in stitches, cost less than alot of the others which you have to add additional feet to, this one came with an abundance of extra feet incl, those for quilting, lighter weight than the one I did have also but metal parts inside.
