I recently struggled with this problem on a small (not tiny) fused applique piece. I threw it aside. Now I can work on it again. :-D

It's tips like this one from Shelley that make our lives so much easier - why didn't we think of that??? I have used water soluble thread before to stabilize a quilt, thought that was pretty smart, but water soluble stabilizer? Hadn't even given it a thought... until now... thanks Shelley.
