This is going to hurt but it's doable I'm 61 and have been smoking since i was 16. I just quit in January ,some days I still just want a cigarette but here is the big one I can walk to the end of the driveway and get the mail and still breath . Remember quit while you can still breath you will never regret itI swear----I promise :wink:
