Just wondering if anyone on here is a member of Sparkpeople online? It's FREE, I've been a member for a few years but (dropped out) for about a year. Now I'm back on it again and determined this time. I'm also a member of several quilting teams on there, we share our quilt stuff and encourage each other on our weight loss.
