wow..that recipe is not diabetic, nor low carb...you would have to lose the egg, milk, cheese and definately the bread crumbs...

I prefer ROASTED cauliflower now.
cut the head into bite size pieces, spray a 9 x 13 glass pan and toss the bits into it..then spray the bits...and sprinkle with sea salt, garlic powder and a light amount of red pepper flakes!
bake on 425 for 20 minutes, or until the tops are golden!

This is great...and the next day cold on a salad is good..or in the winter pureed like a soup...yummmyyy

PS. I am diabetic with a lapband and this is GREAT for me!
