I had a heart attack in 2005 at 52 yrs old. I had a little pressure like indigestion and my elbows hurt so bad I wanted to cry. They kept getting worse. Finally turning gray, DH rushed me to the hosp and yes I had blockage and now own 2 stents. Since then I have my cholesterol and triglycerides at a normal if not below normal level with meds and diet. I have labs run ever 6 mos. to keep on track. I also gave up the "Superwoman" status thinking I had to be all and do all. Relieved a lot of stress!
