I always have to make 2 kinds, one is what the kids all call egg bombs. I use mayonaise, chili powder and mustard powder, finely diced pickled jalepenos ( whatever heat strength you desire) and onion and garlic juice.
I usually babysit all of the kids while the parents did the day after Thanksgiving shopping frenzy. Needless to say, I made sure the kids all spent as much time as possible outdoors conducting their rude contests, due to the toxic sulphur polution :mrgreen: Being the gross little people that they are, this was the highlight of the Thanksgiving holiday. :roll: I did make sure to feed them egg salad sandwiches using all of the same ingredients before sending them home, though! :lol: :lol: :lol:
