Katie, why not start a small hand applique project. I love doing Sunbonnet Sues. Or a grandmothers flower garden. You can take them with you while you wait at the Dr appts or on your lunch hour at work. Even if you only sew for 10 or 15 mins a day you will get alot done before you know it!!
