These are the three that I found when I went to search and put in Charity Quilts, then went to advanced and checked to list the most recent ones first. There are a lot of posts about charity quilts, so if one of these is not the one you are looking for, try to remember some of the other 'unusual' words in the post and do the above search again. since it was a recent post, be sure to click on advanced and check the most recent first box.
