I found some note cards on
http://www.quiltwoman.com and I love them. I use them quick frequently to keep in touch with friends miles away. Yeah, I'm one of those who still like to use cursive and snail mail. The cards are replicas of quilt patterns. Then I recently found 6 blank note cards with envelopes and 6 100% cotton quilt labels to put in with your gift. I found them on It Takes Two,
http://www.ittakestwo.com. The cost is very good for what you get. I also purchased a quilt diary to keep a record of the quilts I make and who I gave them to, this is something my DH is adamant about. Also Martingale has some very nice Rose of Sharon note cards and they are on sale right now. Well that is probably more info than you wanted, but you can check it out.
I make my own greeting cards, plus just started doing the quilted greeting cards; but for quilting notes I like the ones I just mentioned.
