I can't believe that the truck driver actually wanted you to sign for a box that was so obviously damaged. Duh. Maybe he fell off the truck with the box. Unbelievable. Good thinking to call both Tin Lizzie and the shipping company. So sorry you have to wait even longer, but taking one box out of three would not have done you any good.
