this is great..and probably really handy too!

mine spools are geared more for gift giving.
Also I make my binding up when I cut out my quilt! That way I do not run out of fabric and have to wonder what will match my quilt when it is done 2-3 years from now! Seriously...that has happened.
On TP rolls, you could not store fabric for that long. They are NOT acid free and would cause fading/staining on the fabrics.

Everything has its use...really it does!
