It should have been insured. And it should have been properly packed...
Contact both the seller and the mode of delivery company as well as e-bay
Delivery companies do not mark, nor look for marks on packages.

Insurance only works if the item is properly packaged, which this wasn't. Sometimes, though they do accept claims for badly packed items, but many are denyed for just such a reason.



So sorry your new baby was badly beaten on the way to your home.
