Cute things you made. Now, don't you feel better??? We can't change the bad things in our lives, but we can change the way we handle them. And I find sewing is a fantastic release. Something about pointy things (pins, needles, sharp scissors) and the evil thoughts we have that work well together. Kinda like sticking pins in a doll. Poke the evil or dark thoughts with the pins and they don't seem quite as bad anymore.
