It looks like stained glass, and I know it is true, because I used the same design in real stained glass. I did one as a large candle/votive holder for my DDIL for her birthday. Did the rose and the rose buds in red on that one. I also used the same rose in pink to make a wind chime for my other DDIL for her birthday.
