73 year round. The temp has remained in the high 80's at night for almost a month; this is the hottest summer in our area since 1980. I was in Dallas that summer, at SMU, and walked down Highland Avenue, looked at the thermometer on the bank across from the university and it said 108. The temp was in the double digits for more than a month. It hasn't been quite that bad this year--yet--but it's only July.
No apologies for staying as comfortable as possible. This is the 21st century not the 19th and even then, they tried to stay comfortable.
