I might have to edit this help after I post it, once I see how it comes out. Trying to help those of you having a problem with posting. Give it a try!
First, click the browse button, it will open up a box that shows the contents of your computer

Now you will have to find where you have the picture stored. Once you find it, double click on it, it will put the file name in the file name box, then click open.

If you've done it correctly, the file patch will show in the box between where you can type free text, and the browse button, as shown here. Then hit Send.
