Thanks everyone! After reading all your advice, I spoke to the seller and she said it is a treadle that has been electrified. She has a manual, parts (whatever that means),and bobbins. She also said that the light goes on when the machine is turned on, but that she doesn't know if it sews. That probably means it doesn't sew...lol. I hope to take a look at it Sunday and will keep you all posted.
