USPS Flat Rate includes delivery confirmation, I thought? I use this all the time, and I get emails from the PO when the packages are delivered.
Domestic USPS Flat Rate envelopes do have delivery confirmation. But Flat Rate envelopes sent internationally do not have any tracking information or delivery confirmation available.
