I've heard everyone's different. I can say that when my mom had a heart attack her back was what hurt her (not her chest or arm) and she would try to pretend it wasn't happening until we forced her to go to the E.R. (just knew she was in pain not exactly what it was) She ended up having a Quad bi-pass and is doing good.
