K..great idea on the saw blade for the little ones. I love your stairway!
I use the triangles (don't know what you call them), like Izy for the smaller stuff and then sometimes I go to the pond and cut cane...its even cheaper than the saw blades....its free! I wrap it with plastic wrap just to make sure it doesn't damage the quilt in some way and then tie a little hanger to the center..it works just fine.
Basically, you can hang it however you want :lol:
