my frame is 12' long (wide?). i fit a 108" square quilt on it nicely with space on the sides to change and clean out the bobbin during the quilting. with the 108" backing i can get a 100" square quilt, although i only want about 96-98. that gives me good drop.
it seems to me that you need a 14' frame for a 118" backing. although i can extend my width to 140" by simply getting new poles, i don't know how many quilters have that.
have you had many requests for that width?
